Our Story
At Astoria Development, we believe that every home has a unique story waiting to be told. Our journey began in the heart of Bellevue, where we set out to redefine residential spaces through thoughtful design, meticulous craftsmanship, and unwavering commitment to our clients.
What we usually do is taking an old and outdated house and transform it into a dream house, while maintaining the original architecture. What differentiates us from competitors is the attention to detail, quality of workmanship, and the depth of the project, as we stripped down everything to the studs. This includes new electrical, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, designer’s kitchen and bathrooms.
